Ground Up is a football community dedicated to peak performance, with a focus on quarterback training and development. The program’s distinct approach, known as the ‘Ground Up’ method, emphasizes footwork, balance, and reactive, game-like drills, tailored to prepare quarterbacks for actual game scenarios. Key features of the program include physical development, enhancing football IQ, and fostering constant growth.
The coaching team includes Trey Anderson, who has a rich background in coaching at Arizona State University and was a Division 1 quarterback, and Chris Streveler, a current NFL quarterback with substantial experience in the league. Ground Up offers various training programs, such as on-field training, virtual training, and a transformative QB experience weekend, which includes on-field instruction, classroom work, and seminars. The community aspect of the program involves group training sessions, virtual film breakdowns, recruiting advice, leadership seminars, and personalized training sessions, all aimed at helping athletes reach their peak performance
